In CHULUBME you can equip skins for the Lubs in which you own. Most games retain the option for you to dispose of your skin. However, we plan to implement a way for you to dispose of your skin by selling or trading it to others. Purchases of these NFT skins will give you ownership* over your skins and allow you to transact with others. We appreciate your support!

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTS), are unique digital assets verified using blockchain technology. NFTs represent ownership of a specific item or piece of content, making each token unique.

The NFT you purchase prior to launch will be sent to you when we establish the game and the blockchain we will be using. Eventually, you will be able to acquire a wallet to which we will send to you the NFT you purchased.

Once the game launches, you will be able to use the NFT as a skin for the specific Lub in which you purchased it for. You will also be able to buy, trade or sell the NFT in the near future when such a option is implemented. However, upon disposal via this option you will lose the ability to equip this skin.

Once the game launches we will terminate future selling of this skin making it a unique collectible for all those who supported us along our journey. This means there will only be a finite supply of access to this skin. The owners, however will still be able to buy, sell or trade the NFT once the ability to do so is implemented.

(“Terms”) Wallies LLC continues to have and retain ownership of all copyrights for its own use. Once you have disposed of the NFT you will lose all licenses and Wallies LLC will have the right to demand you remove all works displaying the NFT in which you must comply.
Subject to the above (“Terms”), as long as you have purchased and have not disposed of your NFT, Wallies LLC grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely forthe following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (i) as part of our marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your CHULUBME NFT.
Subject to the above (“Terms”), As long as you have purchased and have not disposed of your NFT, Wallies LLC Grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art Commercial Use. Examples would be making use of the art to create a t-shirt.
